We offer free returns on all defective items. Contact us immediately if the items you purchased are defective upon receipt and we will contact you to arrange a return or exchange. If there are obvious signs of damage on your package, take photos with the courier before signing for the item, indicating the details of the bag.

Uhoney collects honey from our farms all over Turkey which helps to produce different types and tastes of high quality honey.

It takes one business day in normal situations, we send your order on the day you placed the order but we have to say that it may take more time (up to three days) due to holidays or stock issues.

And the shipping fee depends on the weight of your orders and the distance of your country. Your shipping fee is calculated automatically when you complete your order on the checkout page.
